Your Day-to-Day Duties:

• Welcoming customers and ensuring a positive service experience

• Booking in vehicles for servicing, MOTs, and repairs

• Providing accurate quotes and explaining work required

• Liaising with the workshop team to ensure smooth operations

• Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process

• Processing payments and handling invoices

• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
