How It Works:

2. If we’re not already in touch with them and we successfully place them in a permanent role, you qualify for the reward.

3. Once they complete three months in their new job, you’ll receive £250

Referral Program Terms & Conditions:

​

• The referred candidate must not be currently registered with Hawk Hiring unless there has been no contact (email, phone, or in-person) for the past two years.​

• You’ll receive £250* for each successful placement of a referred candidate.​

• The referral program is valid for six months from the date of referral.​

• The referred candidate must give their consent before being referred.​

• If multiple people refer the same candidate, the first referral received will be honored.​

• Payments are made after the candidate has completed three months of employment.

• Rewards are issued via online banking in GBP (£), and any transaction costs or expenses are your responsibility.

• Recipients are responsible for declaring referral rewards to the Inland Revenue and handling any tax obligations.

• Hawk Hiring reserves the right to refuse referrals or amend program terms without notice.

• In case of any disputes, the decision of a Hawk Hiring Director will be final after thorough review.
